Orders
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website. Payments can be made online by credit card transaction only (MasterCard and VISA) and are processed via a secure, e-commerce gateway (Authorize.Net). You may also place an order over the phone by calling us at 732-823-1182.
We are required to collect 7% sales tax on merchandise and shipping cost for items delivered to a New Jersey address. All other state residents will not be charged tax on your order but you are advised to consult the applicable tax laws of your state.
For international shipments, there is a 2% handling fee based on the purchase amount that will be added to the total order due to extra processing.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii usually by UPS or FedEx ground service. Please contact us for a shipping quote on international orders. If a products requires freight delivery (i.e., heavy and oversized merchandise), you will be notified if a special handling fee applies in addition to the standard shipping rates. You can get an estimate of shipping charges by entering your zip code in your shopping cart before placing an order.
While most of our merchandise ships within 1 to 2 days, please allow approximately 7 to 10 days for delivery of most in-stock, non-custom items. Non-stock, custom orders, and artwork may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Expected delivery dates are also based on the availability of your item(s), and your shipment’s destination. If an item is backordered, you will be notified shortly after your order is placed of the estimated re-stock date. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipment tracking information once your order is completed.
